The J36H55 is the medium offering of concrete power float trowels by Multiquip, with a trowelling diameter of 900mm. The reliable Honda GX160 petrol engine offers extended use without any trailing cable hazards found with electric versions.

The Multiquip consists of a frame onto which are mounted a petrol engine, a fuel tank, a gearbox, and a control handle. A set of four metal blades are connected to the gearbox and is surrounded by a 36 inch (915mm) ring guard. The engine rotates the blades through the gearbox and clutch mechanism. The rotating blades ride on the surface of curing concrete, creating a smooth finish. The operator walks behind the machine and uses the handle to control speed and direction of the machine. Features front access panel for quick access to trowel arms or blades and a centre mounted lifting bale eye for easy loading and unloading to transport. Lever ‘operator present’ at handle and additional lever on/off kill switch on the boom for additional safety measures.
